Internet Connectivity

Your service includes a business-grade internet connection with a specified speed, access type (such as fibre, microwave, satellite or APN) and agreed uptime targets where applicable. It is designed to support everyday business use like browsing, email, cloud apps, VoIP calls and video conferencing. Any value‑added services (such as failover, static IPs or QoS) will be specified in your order or service schedule.

The advertised speed is the maximum line rate, not a guaranteed throughput at all times. Actual speeds can vary based on network load, contention, distance to the exchange, access technology and your internal network setup (such as Wi‑Fi performance, routers and switches). Where we provide business‑grade or dedicated options with stricter performance commitments, those will be clearly defined in your service terms.

Your internet service is intended for lawful business use only. Activities such as sending spam, hosting malicious content, attempting to breach security on other networks, or any use that violates applicable laws or our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) are strictly prohibited. Excessive or abusive usage that negatively impacts the network or other customers may result in shaping, suspension or termination in line with our T&Cs.

In the event of an outage or degraded performance, we follow our standard incident process: verify the fault, work with last‑mile and upstream providers where relevant, and aim to restore service within the applicable SLA. If you have failover or redundancy in place, traffic may automatically route via the backup link. Planned maintenance and any changes that may affect your service will be communicated in advance wherever reasonably possible.

Your internet service is governed by a contract term (for example 12, 24 or 36 months) agreed at the time of order. During the term, you can typically upgrade speeds or add services, with any changes reflected on your monthly billing. Early cancellation, downgrades or relocation may incur fees to cover installation, hardware or provider costs, as outlined in your specific service agreement or Internet T&Cs.
